LIBRARIAN'S VERDICT

A masterclass in balance. It bridges the gap between commercial accessibility and craft complexity with effortless grace.

The Library Note

Founded in 2010 by Daniel and Géraldine Emerson in Nohoval, Stonewell was born from a desire to return to traditional cider-making methods. By blending bittersweet cider apples with local eating apples, they created a profile that challenged the sugary, mass-market ciders dominant in Ireland at the time.
