1. Acceptance of Ceremony

By accessing "The Pour Library," you enter a space dedicated to the appreciation and documentation of fine spirits. You agree to be bound by these terms, which govern the digital stewardship of our collective archive.

2. Stewardship License

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive license to use the sensory data and heritage archives within The Pour Library for personal, non-commercial contemplation. Under this stewardship, you may not:

• Commercialize or redistribute the proprietary tasting notes or sommelier insights.
• Attempt to dismantle or reverse-engineer the sommelier recommendation engine.
• Remove any proprietary marks from the elite spirit archive.

3. The 'As Is' Manifesto

The archives within The Pour Library are provided as historical and sensory benchmarks. While we strive for absolute accuracy in our documentation of heritage and ABV, the subjective nature of tasting means all data is provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no guarantees regarding the perfect pairing or the ultimate veracity of flavor notes across varying palates.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Pour Library is a platform for exploration. We are not liable for any personal or commercial decisions made based on the rankings or tasting notes within the archive. Please enjoy spirits responsibly and within your legal and physical boundaries.

5. Revisions of the Archive

The Liquid Arts are ever-evolving. We reserve the right to update metadata, archive entries, and these terms at any time to reflect the current state of the industry.

6. Jurisdiction

Any claims relating to the archive shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
