The Library Note

Every drop of Elyx comes from winter wheat grown on a single estate (Råbelöf Castle) in Åhus, Sweden. It is distilled in a hand-operated copper still by a handful of experts. The copper catalyzes trace compounds in the spirit, purifying it and creating a uniquely creamy mouthfeel.
