The 'Limestone' Martini: 2.5 oz Grey Goose, 0.5 oz Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth, and 1 dash of orange bitters. Stir with ice until chilled. Strain into a frozen coupe and garnish with a twist of lemon, expressing the oils for a floral opening.
