The Library Note
Named 'Fusion' because it uses two barleys: Indian barley grown at the foot of the Himalayas and peated Scottish barley. They are mashed and distilled separately, then married in bourbon casks. In 2010, Jim Murray rated it 97/100, effectively launching the Indian single malt category globally.
THE PERFECT SERVE
Neat. Maybe a drop of water, but it handles its 50% ABV incredibly well.
