The Library Note
George Dickel Rye is unique because it uses a 95% rye mash bill (distilled by MGP) but is finished using the 'Lincoln County Process.' By filtering the spirit through sugar maple charcoal before it enters the barrel, Dickel tames the aggressive spice of the rye into something elegant and approachable.
