The Library Note
Distilled in Kirkwall, Orkney, since 1798, Highland Park is one of the most northern distilleries in Scotland. It uses local Hobbister Moor peat, which is rich in heather, giving the whisky a unique floral smokiness that is distinct from the medicinal peat of Islay.

Neat in a Glencairn glass. It is often cited as the 'greatest all-rounder' in the world of whisky and needs nothing else.
