The Library Note
Produced in Melbourne, a city obsessed with food and coffee, Starward was designed to be a 'food whisky.' They collect fresh barrels from nearby Yarra Valley wineries (Shiraz, Cabernet, Pinot Noir) and fill them while they are still wet with wine, imparting an immediate, intense fruit character.
