The Library Note

While its roots trace back to the Soviet era, modern Stoli is produced in Latvia by the SPI Group. In 2022, the brand officially removed 'Stolichnaya' from its name in international markets to distance itself from the Russian state, doubling down on its 'born in Russia, made in Latvia' heritage.
