LIBRARIAN'S VERDICT

A bucket-list whisky. It is incredibly difficult to find, but it offers a depth of flavor that few scottish malts can match. It is essentially whisky-pudding.

The Library Note

Produced in minimal quantities in Tasmania, this whisky is aged in 300-liter French Oak tawny (port-style) casks. The cooler climate allows for a slow, steady maturation that extracts deep rich chocolate and dried fruit notes.
