The Library Note
In 1824, George Smith was the first to take out a license to distill legally in the parish of Glenlivet. His whisky was so widely imitated that he had to go to court to win the right to call it 'The' Glenlivet. Today, it remains the standard-bearer for Speyside elegance.
THE PERFECT SERVE
The 'Classic' Dram: Serve neat in a tulip-shaped glass. The narrow rim concentrates the delicate floral esters. Pairs beautifully with a light fruit tart or fresh peaches.
