The Library Note
Created in 1885 by Stanislao Cobianchi in Bologna, this liqueur was named after Princess Elena of Montenegro on the occasion of her marriage to King Victor Emmanuel III. The recipe remains a secret, passed down through generations, and is still produced in the iconic 'apothecary' bottle.
