The Library Note
Created in 2003 by Jean-Sébastien Robiquet, a charismatic oenologist and master distiller, Cîroc is one of the few vodkas in the world produced from grapes (Mauzac Blanc and Ugni Blanc) through cold maceration and cold fermentation techniques usually reserved for fine wines. It became a global phenomenon through its partnership with Sean 'Diddy' Combs.
THE PERFECT SERVE
The 'Cîroc Blue Stone': 1.5 oz Cîroc, 0.5 oz Blue Curacao, 0.5 oz Lemon Juice, 0.5 oz Syrup. Its fruity base makes it more expressive in citrus-forward cocktails than neutral grain vodkas.

Cold fermentation and cold maceration of French grapes, followed by five distillations—the final distillation in a traditional copper pot still at the Chevanceaux distillery.
