The Library Note
Produced since 1821 in the French Alps, Dolin invented the 'Dry' style of vermouth. Its recipe uses base wines made from local grapes and a secret blend of 17 Alpine botanicals. It is the cleaner, lighter alternative to the more oxidative styles of Marseille.
