The Library Note
Produced by the Carthusian Monks in the French Alps since 1737 (based on a 1605 manuscript), Green Chartreuse is the only liqueur in the world with a completely natural green color. Only two monks at any given time know the exact blend of botanicals, which they prepare in the 'Plant Room' of the monastery.
THE PERFECT SERVE
The 'Last Word': Equal parts Green Chartreuse, Gin, Maraschino Liqueur, and fresh lime juice. The Chartreuse provides the high-proof backbone that ties the sweet and sour elements together into a perfect harmony.
